Gyms &
Batting Cage
HRC Gyms are available to rent for private games, practice, and events.
13th Street Gym is open for rent 8 am - 9 pm daily and rents for $20 per hour.
Rec Center Gyms can be rented outside our normal operating hours or by special request. Gyms 1, 2, and 3 at the Rec Center rent for $40 per hour.
The Glassman Indoor Cage rents for $10 per hour. A pitching screen is located inside; there is no pitching machine.
Hays Aquatic Park &
Wilson Pool
Hays Aquatic Park (HAP) and Wilson Pool can be rented for private events.
HAP rents for $850 (2026 Rate) for parties WITH A MAX OF 500 IN ATTENDANCE! Once maximum capacity has been reached, it will be one in and one out for the remainder of the rental. HAP is available to rent every day from 6:45-8:45 pm during the season.
Wilson Pool rents for $150 (2026 Rate) for parties WITH A MAX OF 60 IN ATTENDANCE! Once maximum capacity has been reached, it will be one in and one out for the remainder of the rental. The Wilson Pool is available to rent from 5-7 pm every day during the season.
Bickle-Schmidt Sports Complex
Fields at BSSC are available for rental for private events and games.
Baseball and Softball Field rental for practice is $20 per field, Monday-Thursday
Baseball and softball fields rent for games is $50 per field Monday-Thursday and $75 per field Friday-Sunday, including lights. Portable fences are available for $80 per field.
Soccer fields rent for $175 per field for large fields and $75 per field for small fields.
Football fields rent for $200 / field.
