During the summer months, HRC offers a selection of fitness classes and opportunities at Hays Aquatic Park. Beat the heat and add some variety to your fitness regimen with these fun and effective workouts.

Pricing:


  • $2 per class drop-in price

  • $20 for a punch card good for 12 classes

  • Seniors (55 and older) eligible for discounted prices of $1 per
    drop-in class and $10 for a 11-class punch card

GROUP FITNESS PUNCH CARDS CAN BE USED AT THE HAYS AQUATIC PARK AND HRC FITNESS CENTER! PUNCHES WILL BE LOADED ONTO YOUR REUSABLE CARD/MEMBERSHIP CARD/SEASON PASS CARD!

LAZY RIVER FITNESS
Lazy River Fitness is a popular, dynamic, fast-paced workout that combines a variety of exercises, such as strength training, toning, flexibility, aerobic conditioning, and the movement against and with the current of our Lazy River. Classes will be held in the lazy river and zero-depth entry pool at the Hays Aquatic Park.

Entry Fee:   $2.00 per class or punch card
                                    12 punches for $20.00
Held on:      Monday – Friday
June 8 – August 14
Times:                                11:00 - 11:45 a.m.
Ages:                                                 16 & older

WATER WORKS
Get fit and trim this summer with Water Works (water aerobics) classes offered at the Hays Aquatic Park. Water is the perfect low-impact medium to explore and improve balance, coordination, strength, and agility. Join us to experience a refreshing increase in your fitness and wellness.

LAP SWIM
The Hays Aquatic Park’s Olympic-sized lap pool will be open for lap swimming from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday this summer.

Entry Fee:                           $2.00 per swim
