I understand that the Hays Recreation Commission (HRC) office will call within 1-3 business days to confirm the date and COLLECT FULL PAYMENT over the phone. If not paid at that time, I understand the date requested is NOT secured and will not be until paid in full. If there is no answer and/or a message is left, reservations will be held for 24 hours, after which the HRC will assume the requestor is no longer interested in renting and the rental request will be canceled.

Acknowledgement *

-Any person/organization/business wishing to reserve the Hays Aquatic Park or Wilson Pool, under the jurisdiction of the Hays Rec Commission, must complete the Pool Rental Form. -Rental fee MUST be paid in advance of requested date and full payment in full is due within 24 hours of submission of the Pool Rental Application. Refunds will be made in accordance with our Refund Policy. -Requests for pool rentals must be received two weeks in advance of the requested date. Any exception will be subject to review by the Aquatics Director. Please contact the HRC office for more information. -Reservations are on a first-come, first-paid basis. Scheduled HRC activities take precedence over private reservations. -Weather information: No refunds will be granted for cancellations due to weather made after 5 pm (Wilson Pool) or 7 pm (HAP) on the day of the event. Weather cancellation decisions will be subject to the discretion of the Aquatics Director and/or the contact person for the event. The Aquatics Director and/or pool manager reserves the right to cancel an event due to weather at any time. Please contact the Aquatics Director to discuss weather concerns prior to the event. I have read, understand, and agree to the dates, times, and locations stated above. This facility request form is not considered as confirmation. Upon approval from the Superintendent, a confirmation letter will be mailed to the address listed above. I understand and agree to the terms of the Policies & Procedures for use of the Hays Recreation Center, a copy of which is available upon request. FACILITY RESERVATION IS PENDING UNTIL APPROVED BY HRC STAFF!
