Youth Volleyball

HRC offers a variety of youth volleyball leagues for several age groups and competition levels. For details on available leagues and registration, click the program book link below. Current game and practice schedules are also linked below.

Please note that links will only show accurate information for sports in-season or sports with seasons approaching.

Game cancellations will be sent out via TextCaster (sign up at bottom of page), and will be posted to our Facebook Page (follow us via the link at bottom of page).

Fall Volleyball League

Make plans to sign up for Youth Volleyball. This league will be a fun way to learn to play the exciting sport of volleyball. Practices are conducted by volunteer coaches, at the time they choose, ONCE a week for 1.5 hours, and games are played on Saturdays.
Entry Deadline: August 13
Entry fee: $25.00
Grade levels: 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th
(2025-26 school year)
Practices start: Week of Aug. 25
Games start: Saturday, September 6
Coaches Meeting: Thursday, Aug. 21 @ 6:00 p.m.

Volley-Tots

Volley-Tots is a camp designed for youth entering Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Kids will learn the fundamentals of volleyball, in this program designed to develop skills, while also developing teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game!! Parents are encouraged to attend and are welcome to participate! All participants will receive a T-shirt.
Entry Deadline: September 3
Entry fee: $25.00
Held on: Saturdays – Sept. 6 – Oct. 4
Time: 9:00 – 9:45 a.m
Age groups: Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
Location: Hays Rec Gym #1

2025 Summer Camp

Learn the fundamentals of volleyball through participation in our youth camp. The camp is open to boys and girls in grades 3rd - 8th (2025 - 2026 school year).
Entry Deadline: July 9
Camp dates: July 14 - 17

1:00 - 2:00 p.m. 3rd - 5th grade $25.00
2:15 - 4:00 p.m. 6th - 8th grade $35.00
Location: Recreation Center Gyms
