Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to program costs, including instructors, and supplies, and to help maintain our minimum numbers, we ask for your cooperation when requesting a refund or credit. Our policy is to provide a full refund or credit, your choice, to anyone who cancels by the deadline. Anything after the deadline, will not receive a refund/credit unless your spot can be filled.

PANCAKE & PAJAMA’S
Enjoy a morning of fun eating pancakes, decorating a sugar cookie, making a craft, and playing a game, all the while you’re in your pj’s. This is sure to be the best morning ever.

MOVE IT, WORK IT, LIFT – GYM TIME
Let the kids hang out and play or join in on your workout. This 30-minute class is for those moms with a busy day with the kids. Kids learn from what we do, so why not let them see you work out, and maybe they will join in on the fun. This class is built to be before the Gym Time class. Let’s work it and have fun.

GYM TIME
Come to the gym with your child to burn off energy or meet some other kids. Fun things will be placed in the gym for your child to climb over, under, and through. Balls, hoops, riding toys, and other materials will be placed around the gym for them to explore. Stay for an hour or come and go as you please.

KIDS NIGHT
We have a fun evening planned, including making snacks, crafts, and free play! Snacks and drinks will be provided. Check out the adult section for an adult activity, Puzzle Showdown & Swap, that can be done at the same time. A discount will be applied if your family does both. Stay for an hour or come and go as you please.

KIDS CRAFT & BOOK SWAP
Summer has begun so let’s create some summertime crafts. We will enjoy a story to go along with the theme. Do you have kids’ books that are just sitting around? Why not bring them and have a book exchange, giving new life to books that others can enjoy.

WIGGLES AND GIGGLES

PEDAL, PARK, & PICNIC
Join us at the park where we will have an obstacle course set up for your bikes to go through, or let the kids come just to have fun playing on the equipment. Dig in the sand with sand toys or throw some hoops in the goals. Pack your picnic lunch and toss out your blanket to see how much grass we can cover. Enjoy the first weekend of summer with Hays Recreation in the park.

This is a class in which parents or other legal guardians are guided in teaching and exploring Aikido and movement skills with their little ones in a fun and engaging fashion. A parent or legal guardian is required to participate with each little one.

FREAKY FRIDAYS
Moms or dads, it’s time to drop off your children and spend time with yourself or with friends. Children will enjoy the morning doing arts and crafts, playing games, having snacks, and developing social interaction skills with other children. We request that children be able to use the restroom by themselves. Each month will have a special theme.

MESSY HANDS TINY OUTSIDE
Put on your swimsuit and enjoy the messy hands-on activities outside. Jump into a pool of shaving cream, a bucket of slime, or just paint the sidewalk with beautiful colors. After you’re done playing, wash off with the garden hose or run through the sprinkler.

TYKE TRY-A-THON
Tykes bring your bike to the Hays Recreation Center for our third bike, run/walk, water slide a-thon. First, you will go down the slide several times, then get on your bike to ride around the sidewalk and finish with a jog in the gym. Get your award and have a snack before finishing the morning fun. If you have a bike, please bring it along with you.
