POWER YOGA (30min beg-adv) Unite the mind, body, and spirit while emulating a rigorous full-body workout and promote mental stability and concentration.
LIGHT LUNCH (30min beg-adv) Join us for an invigorating, mid-day cardio blast! This class will push you the entire 30 minutes focusing on calorie burning, core strength, and toning exercises.
SENIOR SIT & BE FIT (45min beg) Great class for senior and de-conditioned people who want to a safe exercise program. Great for people with joint problems, arthritis or injuries.
VOLTAGE (30min beg-adv) Voltage is an interval training workout with cardiovascular and strength training using the old fashion step aerobics. You may also experience hi/lo floor work and toning exercises on the floor.
CARDIO MIX (60min beg-int) This class has a variety of workouts ranging from basic to advance choreography, muscular endurance and conditioning to kick boxing.
YOGA (60min beg-adv) Tone, lengthen, and stretch your muscles while releasing stress with controlled movements, poses and breathing.
CORE EXPRESS (30 min beg-adv) In this strength training workout, we’ll lead you through a variety of exercises designed to work your core, balance, glute and legs. You’ll build muscles you never knew you had, while developing core strength that will support you in a wide variety of activities.
ZUMBA (60min beg-adv) Ditch the workout and join the party as you dance away the inches to the newest workout beat- Latin, jazz, hip-hop, salsa and world beats make this class a blast.
Open Gym Walking (60min) Every Morning gyms 1 and 2 will be open for walking and jogging at 5:00 am. This a free program but you must enter from the Fitness Center!!
