Parent Evaluations
As baseball season comes to a close remember to THANKS your coaches for all their time! 
We also ask that you take time to fill out and return your Parent Evaluation form.

Mail it to us or feel free to e-mail it back to us as well!  Evaluations need to be returned by August 8, 2008!

Summer Sports Coach of the Year Award

For each youth sport the HRC offers we select a coach of the year of that particular sport.  This coach is someone what demonstrates the qualities of good sportsmanship, enhances the emotional, physical, social and educational well being of each youth.  This coach is also one that provides equal play opportunity regardless of skill level, teaches the fundamentals of the game and most importantly does this all in a FUN and POSITIVE manner!

If you feel child’s T-Ball/Baseball/Softball coach deserves to be coach of the year please let us know!  You can click HERE for a nomination form to print and return or e-mail us at hrc@haysrec.org and let us know.  The recipient of this award will be recognized at an HRC Board meeting.  Their name will also be put on a plaque located at the Recreation Center.
  Nominations must be submitted by August 8, 2008.
