Trips that require advance ticket purchase no refunds will be issued – see trip description.  Trips with not requiring advance tickets a full refund will be issued if cancelled by the Deadline date.  After the Deadline there will be a $5.00 processing fee charged, up until two days prior to the trip when no refund will be given.


While Waiting for the Bus:
*Please arrive on time.  Be here 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
*Wait before the bus to come to a complete stop before boarding the bus.  

While Boarding  the Bus:
*Please be considerate of those with limitations who may require the front seats
*No pushing or shoving
*Watch your step

While On the Bus:
*Please be flexible and remember that things don’t always go as planned.  Things like, traffic, and weather (Discretion will be utilized
  by the HRC staff) could effect the trip.  We encourage you to not let these things ruin your trip!
*Do not do anything that distracts the driver
*Remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop
*Keep feet and objects out of the aisles
*Never throw objects
*Keep head and arms inside the bus
*Help keep the bus clean pick up after yourself
*Be quiet when crossing railroad tracks
*Use of tobacco or alcohol products is prohibited
*Glass containers are not allowed
*Do not bring objects that would impair /obstruct the driver’s vision/view
*Seatbelts must be worn
*Please respect the people behind you and keep your seat in the upright position
*Seat rotation will be implemented during the day’s travel if necessary

In Case of Emergency
*Remain Calm
*Listen to the Driver’s Instructions
*Exit Promptly

*Any damage or defacing of any kind to the bus that passenger will pay for the damages and will not be allowed to take any further trips with the HRC.
